Production usually takes 2–5 business days. After your order has been completed and dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on the destination country.
Because Made to Order jewelry is created specifically to your chosen specifications, these pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Your jewellery is, however, protected by our 2-year warranty. Should anything be wrong with your piece, please reach out to our customer care team so we can help.
